In warm weather months and to warm weather locations, we ship Monday-Wednesday on ice with insulated packaging.

NO. We currently only ship within the continental U.S.

What is your return and refund/exchange policy?

We offer refunds and reshipments for products that have melted in transit. We do not offer refunds for any other reason. We can not accept returns or exchanges due to food safety concerns.
